matlab woes!!!

hi guys,
im using matlab software.the problen with it is wen comp starts it runs matlab.exe and matlabserver.exe files during startup.eventhough these entries r not there in msconfig.how to disable this two programs from running at start.

go to start -> run -> type services.msc and enter

locate "matlabserver" or matlab related service and right click on it and change the option from "automatic" to "disabled" or "manual". done.
