Suggest DVD movie riting soft . . . .

Hello,
Can u guys suggest me some dvd movie riting soft (like power producer )that lets us choose the quality and hence allow us to set the bit rate.
It shud be able to convert the mpeg and dat files i hav to dvd.

And is there any way of riting the vob files that i have to a dvd so that they can b watched in a simple dvd player . this is coz i dont have the ifo's . the ones that i have are having 1-1.5 mbps . power producer's least option is 3 mbps . so converting it wont increase quality but only reduces the movie holding capacity of the disc. i dont mind , if a soft just creates the ifo for my vobs . i can rite it with nero .

As u might hav observed , i am indirectly asking for a soft that can cram or stuff in 3-4 movies on one dvd ( 4.7 GB )

PS , for creating ifo's , ifoedit dint work . it gave an error " no vob unit in vob ".

try TMPEG, Movie maker(if you hv xp), Roxio Media, Nerovision are some of the multitude of software available.
