Default Saving flash and java pages anyway

How can I save the flash and java content on the webpages which can't be saved directly. It's true that the contents of webpages are temporarily saved in hard-disk so can't we extract all the contents from there.

For e.g. http://www.pokemon.com it contains the great flash content and also the songs which can only be listened online, but it is clear that they are firstly saved in internal hidden folders in other formats. Isn't there any software which can extract them from where they're on the disk.

Another page is http://www.colorado.edu/physics/2000/applets/a2.html
Can't we save it as a flashplayer file.

If the way is illegal so please inform me personally but don't fake the forum.

If you have read the article on various extensions of FireFox, in this issue of Digit. I recommend DownThemAll.

This nifty extension can save not only downloadable files, but also embedded files, such as Videos, Music, Flash clips, etc.

Check it out!!

http://www.BrowserTools.net/ go here and download the flash saving plugin...it helps you to view and save the SWF files in your browser cache.
