Default Running programs in background!!


Hello Friends!!

I want to know

Is there any way or tool to remove icons from notification area of taskbar.

For example when minimize bitcomet it goes to the notification area of taskbar ,but i don't want it to go there when i minimize, i want to run it in the background when i minimize, i don't want anyone to know that bitcomet is running.

Please help me it is very urgent!!!

You can ideally do the option with in the program itself. (try options or preference menu of the program), or msconfig, or by editing the registry.

A small simple program is winpatrol. http://www.winpatrol.com. It is good, it can remove internet helpers also. and it can alert when new programs are added to the startup. It is a freeware program.

Default Hide Notification

If you are using winxp, on rtclicking near the system tray, you can select customize notifications and set to always hide. That is a quick workaround to your problem
