Recently I had awailed the facility of broadband connection,the j.e. from bsnl who came to install the software was unable to run the connection in windows 98se.When I started the computer on next day a message shows,"unable to load the dynamic link library. msnp32dll.the system can't find the file specified." What should I do to tackle this problem?
