Adware, recurrence even after removal

I am using Win XP SPII with all critical updates. In addition, I have Spybot, Spywareblaste, MS Antispy and Avast AV. Whenever I run Ad Aware it finds two critical security issues the details of one of which are shown below. The other one is similar. Even after removal, the next time I run the Ad Aware, the same two are found. BTW, other SW do not detect them.

if u have set to open unknown files types with notepad directly rather than opening the open with prompt,then probably ur spyware programs are treating as a security breach.(relevence:low!! u c)
