how 2 extract a music or sound file from any .pps file ???

1. You can delete yellow speaker symbole if there is in any of the slide
2. You have to disable play sound in "slideshow>slide transition" for all slides
3. Same like remove all sounds form Actionsetting, pre setting animation, and custome animation..

He wants to extract the sound from the PPS file into either WAV or MP3 or Anyother format, so that he can use it some where else.... exactly how Multimedia Designers like me working in Flash use S/W's to extract audio clips, images from protected SWF files to be used somewhere else

Hey buddy try this out ...

Download Powerpoint to Flash Software
Software Name :- "PPT2Flash"

When the swf wud be ready...use an swf decompiler such as
Sothink SWF Decompiler from http://www.sothink.com

Extract MP3 or WAV from that SWF...

Jus give it a try...Well u may get it...I didn't try it yet...
