Windows Media Player can do that if u select the 'update files by retrieving info from internet' option in Tools--->Options--->Privacy.

u just need the to search online
for this u need a player supporting IDDB / CDDB
foobar and musicmatch jukebox are amongst the best
the latter automatically downloads album info if set
u can also use The GodFather which is an mp3 taggin software for this

or what i usually do ( since its difficult for single files ) goto amazon.com and search for all albums my artist ..
usually they dun have more than 3-4 albums and it takes under 2 minutes to pinpoint mp3 info ..
then u can manually enter it

for single files this is a much better option ...

Same here I also use some sites for this.

Ok for hindi and stuff I use Raaga.com. And for English well I know most of the songs and hence dont need it much of the time. But if I need I use mp3.com. It has a full index of all the albums released by any artist and these ppl maintain a huge database so u'll be in luck.
