Default HELP:Optical Drive doesnt work in Normal mode works inSafeMo

Hello Guys!!!I need ur help....Its damn urgent....

My Optical drive....Combo ( DVD-CDRW)..is not working properly....

** It doesnt read ne CD's or DVD's in Normal mode whereas it works absolutely fine in the Safe Mode i.e; reads ne CD/DVD properly.

**It works sometimes in Normal mode too but takes hell lotta time to read any CD/DVD .....and during that waiting time my PC Hangs...

** I have to try Multiple times to make it work in Normal mode.....after unsucessful attempts 2/ 3 times when it hangs my PC.......manual eject...

** It works fine in LINUX too....

{###Works fine in SAFEMODE/ LINUX so may not be a hardware problem.}

** Recent HW upgrades & SW install done::::

~~ Upgraded my Lappie RAM to 1GB....

~~ Installed CLONE CD........Now Uninstalled

*** It worked fine even after RAM upgrade.........Problem started after During CLONE CD Install & Uninstall.........

Try this!

Open "Device Manager" and select ur Combo drive and uninstall it, then restart ur pc, after restart windows will automatically detect and install the drivers for it!

After this, ur problem should be solved!
