Default Black and White while changing VS


Y does winodws go black and white while changing its visual styel, theme, icon etc etc???

Its just a visual Enhancment or trick.Remember when XP was launched . I had many visual enhansments to it like the fading menues etc. its lust like that. Now i wonder what vista has in stores now
