help me put regarding my camcorder please

dear sir,
i bought ZRMC70 camcorder . i,m connecting it through IEEE1394 port but it is not getting detected . i have installed wia nad twain drivers.but it is not detecting. but the camcorder is detecting through USB port.please help me.i,m using winxp p4 2.6 ghz and 512 mb ram

which operating system are you using? some camcorder's driver don't support windows server based o/s like my samsung sc d353
