Default IE-7 uninstallation...

I recently formatted and re-installed windows on my pc.after which i copied ny account folder, which i had from my previous installations,so that i don't have problems with my settings for my account...
however, since i had installed ie-7 before transferring my accounts folder from prev. installation,it gives me error while uninstalling that plz uninstall it from the account you had installed it????
since my previous account folder over-wrote all setting of the new account,i dont how to get rid of it!
