INSTANT SHUTDOWN WHILE USING AGP

HI GUYS I'VE 64 MB ATI GRAPHICS CARD AND THE PROB IS THAT WHEN I TRY TO UPGRADE THE DRIVERS GIVEN IN THE DIGIT CD SYSTEM DOSENT BOOT PROPERLY 2ND PROB IS WHEN I PLAY GAMES WITH IT SYSTEM RESTARTS AUTOMATICALY. WHAT THE REASON COULD BE ?

dont even know exactally vendor says & also written on the card is that it is 7xxx card. tell me how to check it .
