Default Help me in creating a portal website

Hi all.I want to buid a portal website and also Want to update my news daily and also make available the old news.So tell me how to build the website and what script should be used.

use PHP as thr are many module u get ready made. one of this kind is XOOP module.visit www.xoops.org for more details.


as far as ur News query concern you can subscribe to diff. news feed like Yahoo! is providing this services

Use any website maker tool such as html tool kit and try to use xml language.
