Deleting Error

Hey! few weeks past i have downloaded NFSII SE application file. the file name was nfsea.zip, i have extracted the .exe file from zip file but when i run that many of the files in .exe file were missing so i close it down and after refreashing the system i decided to delete it but iwas unable to do so - now always i receive the following message:- "The file cannot be deleted make sure the disk is not ful or write protected." help me!!!
