Default does any1 know how to do this?


There was an article in digit to change the default drive for programs and documents and settings from c: to say d:. does any1 remember how to go about doing that? Am in the process of formatting my hard drive. am using win xp. And should i do it after installing SP2 or before

You can use TweakUI downloadable from microsoft website... But the setting for program files location is not available in WinXP if I remember correctly. It is available in Win98 only... But I think it is possible using other software, though not sure...

i remember doing it on xp. i still have it that way. it was a registry edit. i forgot the path. and its available on one of the digit issues of last year any ideas? i dont wanna use any tweak sotware.
