Block all IP except Few in my server

Hello friends.

I have pruchased a server to run an application which is highly confidential and i need to secure my server by blocking all the IP's except for some from whcih the application (website) can be accessed. Please help me in configuring my windows 2003 server in such way. Its very urgent.

if u use a router its pretty simple...refer ur router manual! or use a firewall!

just edit the host file and add the sites that are to be blocked and redirect those sites to 127.0.0.1 that should hlp u out but since to have block all sites expect a few u will have a lot of work to do..
