Default COM initialization failed

'COM initialization failed' is the message whenever I try to launch Zone Alarm Pro. Virtual CD 7.0.2. not working.
Please help.

Right-click on My Computer and select Manage, goto Services and make sure that COM+ service is running and not set to manual or disabled, if yes, then set them to Automatic...

Nope . It was in manual mode. Set to automatic....restarted...same problem.
