do u have the *.sys device driver for ur cdrom and the proper entries in autoexec.bat and config.sys ?
try this

http://www.samsung.com/au/products/o...0000013359.htm

If u have the .sys file check if u have the proper settings .

http://www.samsung.com/au/products/o...0000013369.htm

remove the REM from the autoexec.bat and config.sys .

- could u post the autoexec.bat and config.sys lines u have right now here ?
- does it work in dos if u have any one drive at a time ?
- if ur hdd pcb is gone , data might still be ok and recoverable if u get it to the few service centers available who can switch the pcb with identical working one . would cost u though

- which order have u connected the drives in which is primary/secondary etc
- try choosing cable select on optical drives , if that fails , set one as master and slave with the jumpers

Here is this
I have tried to boot from Both my ODD's,
They let me boot but when in DOS they search for ODD in first step,
This is message "No Drives found",
as far as Autoexec.bat & Config.sys,
I'll send it in night from home
in college this time.
Gave my HDD for replacement,
coz pcb replacement would remove the warrenty,
nothing s importent to recover for money,
Only movies(50-70) round.
