Default Encarta Premium DVD 2006

Guys,

I installed the Encarta Premium edition 2006 from the DVD and there was a smooth installation of 2.8 GB . Now that I started the s/w it shows a

"Page cannot be displayed" notice.

In the readme it is said,

Page Not Found error or blank pages appear when navigating content
=================================================
This may be caused by a problem with Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0. Please download and install the latest version of MSXML 4.0. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads, and then search for "MSXML 4.0".

So I downloaded and installed MSXML 4.0 SP2 from the microsoft site, but the problem is not solved yet.Can anyone help me please

Default Try installing on the same partition as Windows XP

try installing Encarta on the same partition as windows using all the default settings (installation dir). Also make sure you have not made any "tweaks" to your windows settings like changing the location of your "My Documents" folder to a different partition (Flight Simulator 2004 had an issue with this)...

Check on Microsoft's website for known compatibility problems. Download a program called "Clear IE cache" made by Microsoft...

If nothing else works, contact Encarta customer care. For heavens sake.. you PAID for a original version, get value for your money dude... they will only be happy to help...
