HTTP or UDP tracker???

Wenevr i download a torrent file from some torrent sites, i get two options to choose between an UDP tracker and a HTTP tracker. which one shud i choose?? Evn if there is no/not much difference in speeds, what is the main difference between them??

UDP trackers seem to use 50% less bandwidth than the ususal http tracker. But, seeing as tracking requires only a few bytes per second at the client side, IO think it makes little difference for you.
