403 Forbidden ..???

i have a account at unitedemailsystems.com ....but when i try to access i get this error....

i am using allegrosurf as my proxy.......what sud i do...????
also a few other sites also get banned.....???

as i am the admin of my PC how can i grant the access to these sites???plz help......

Assume that you are using dial-up connection.
Check few simple things -
Try to access that site without proxy. I you are able to do so
then its your proxy setting problem. Check the configuration
of proxy particularly URL filter. some proxy come with pre defined
URL filter, may be that site filtered. Or check the cache setting.
Try to disable the Cache temporary and access that site.

"system administrator"
it may mean that not you but your ISP is banning acsess to such sites

i have checked that site. It offers free 3GB email account !!!!

I am on a 2mbps leased line from bsnl and behind a proxy and WebSence is enabled. Still i am able to brouse unitedemailsystems.com. (Grrrrrrr.... Here WebSence filtered everything ....shoping...webhosting....mp3...games..chat...bl ah ..blah..)
