This primarily occurs when the Ole32.dll file is not correctly registered.
Follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 ole32.dll in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Click OK when you receive the following message:
DllRegisterServer in OLE32.DLL succeeded.
There maybe another cause regarding improper installation of Windows, but i think that may not be it in your case.
