Default Problem with Rewriteable CD's

Of late, sumtimes wen I try to write sumthin onto my CD-RW it ejects midway n nuffin is written onto it....Actually I have tried diff media brands and diff writers (on diff computers) but the same happens after some months or so.

I have even tried with diff burning softz like Nero, Easy CD creatorn even the plain vanilla tool included in Win XP....but this thing does happen.....Also I have tried both modes of writing...the one where we just have to copy files to CD like a floppy and the other where we are to burn it like a CD-R.....

Also this prob appears 4 sum writin sessions n then disappears automatically only to reappear after a few days.....Is there a way by which we can do away with this prob???
