Default memory dumping problems


Hi everyone i am in a dilema........my pc is a 3 ghz 800 fsb p4 prescot motherboard...with 512 of ddr ram i,e two 256 ddr ram in dual memory....my pc just keep on saying memory dumping on a blu screen...i have reinstalled my os serverel times......but its no use...can anyone help me at all......

no its not at the startup that i am getting bsod...it is while surfing the net..........that i am having memory dumping with bsod....any way please try to help me...

There are specific codes that you get with the blue screen error
Like STOP: 0*0000.....
There may be some drivers listed which are causing conflicts like:
windrv.sys,etc.
One should always note down such codes.
You can search for these codes in the link mentioned in the above post.

It has been discussed many times, check these links to see which one matches your problem:

it usually occurs when u have installed some incompatible software for net..(u said for net access caused problem right)! So remember the program,driver u installed after which problem started and uninstall it or find the compatible version!
