How to change the IE Useragent

Hi
I used xsetup to change the IEW useragent but it is not working.

Then I manully changed all entering in registry but it is showing the same default useragent.

Can anyone Know that how can i changed the useragent

I have .net framework 2 installed

OS is winxp
