Getting Run-time error 5 And run-time error 13

i am getting this error

run-time error 5 when installing the application.
invalid procedure call or argument

and also getting run-time error 13 or run-time error 5 when running the application

i installed Visual Basic 4,5,and 6 Runtime Modules
then also the error is coming
I am using
WIN XP HOME EDITION and also on Win 98 @nd edition
Please help me

i usually get these errors in Yahoo Booters

so have to find the necessay files and place a copy of the same in System32 folder
