Default Write Protect a CD?

Could someone please tell me a CD writing software that could render a CD write-protected. I know that they can be easily craked but i still want to know the available softwares that could encrypt (write-protect i mean) video, audio & data CD's.
Thank you all in advance

Your requirement can be fulfilled by CD-DVDlock.

PS: Its a demo version. You'll have to purchase to get a full version.
