i had to reboot my win98se sometime back..now it keeps on hanging and task manager shows 'tapsirv"not responding...now this tapsiorv thing is a system file...but why its troubling....

hey ! plz do reintall win98se and all ur problems r gone, this is the easiest and simplist solution to ur prob

tried that also...as i said the problem started after reinstalling only
