Default PC Gets Restart after this Error........Help me!!!!

Hi All ,

We have been getting this error:
MM Notify Callback: Winlogon.exe - Application Error and
then the "reference memory" error message.

The machine was locked using ctrl/alt/del for a while.
The user came back & unlocked the system and that is when
this error message appeared. At the end of
the "referenced memory" error the user could either click
ok or cancel. Cancel didn't do anything and clicking okay
shut down the system.

We loaded additional memory but it doesn't seem to be
helping. ,Also installed latest security patches & SP4

Pls Help me regarding the same.....

I guess your problem is solved if you can give me a screen shot of startup tab in MSCONFIG.
Try disabling all the startup programs specially antivirus. I had one friend who was using Trend micro antivirus and was getting similar message. I removed it from startup and then the problem was solved. Adding memory wont help because that particular program has become corrupt. So you need to remove it and then reinstall.
