Limewire Problem???

Hello friends! I had been using Limewire as a P2P software since the last few months and marked that every time I try to search for any software, I am being presented by a huge list of names, mostly all of 851.7KB. When I downloaded a few of them, all were detected as having virus by the antivirus software.

Can you tell me what exactly is this and is it really harmful...

Yea it happens in almost every P2P!
What I think is (may be incorrect) whenever it takes too long for search to show any appropriate results, fictitous results are generated from the some servers or something I dunno. These results are nothing but trash files or trojans or viruses!
For sometime now(rarely) whenever I try to enter some filenames for search (that i cudnt find thru google) it gives fictitous results with filesize as always 1476 KB (somethin like that) and 90 Kb sometimes!
So use ur instinct for what will be the right file!

Yeah it happens....
I see files sized 386 kbs....

It is just because some people just want to increase there file share and spread viruses they created....
