Default Display Trouble!

hi,
I just want to ask, that my display is a bit grabled and the toruble-shooter is also not helpful. The display is still proper in 800x600 resolution but it is devastating in 1024x768 resolution! Please suggest me some concrete solution that will really help me out! I have really forgotten the way 1024x768 display looked like!!!!!!

Check from the display manufacturer's site or from the driver configuration to see which resolutions are supported by your monitor. Some monitors can support ony specific kind of resolutions, which may be the cause of your probleem here
