Default Connection Monitering

Is there any tool available that will let me monitor the source and destination of all Inbound and outbound traffic from my system ? And also how much of the bandwidth each programme accesing the internet is using?

For example. suppose i am using Yahoo Messenger...is there any tool that will tell me the part of the total bandwidth that Yahoo Messenger is using? and also the address of the server that YM is communicating with?

Any ideas?

I'm not very sure about traffic usagee for each program, but total incoming- outgoing traffic can be analysed by various softwares.
The Best in the business is Fastech
for advanced information.
For simple viewing & information, try Network Traffic Monitor
