Spyware or not?

in spybot i keep on getting two things that u can see in the pic. i think those two r nt spywares. am i right?

in the security center of win xp i chose to monitor firewall and antivirus myself.... is it bcoz of dat?

well i dont think that they r virus or spyware or adware... i think spybot SnD is worning about some change that u have made on ur system security settings....

did u desabled the windows security center avs & firewall wornings?? check that from the windows security center...

it's just a security overide
u must have set the windows
antivirus and firewall monitoring to not monitered mode, to avoid popups from the security center
if u delete tht key, u will get security center popup again
