how do u create 640*480 16 color 4-bit image in PHOTOSHOP ???

thats 4 bootskins ... Dec. digit cd has many wallpapers in that mode ... have added many of them

... bt wanna create my own skin (PAMELA A) ...

I think Bootscreens support 8 bit colour depth...

And for that just make any image you want in normal colour depth and then Image > Mode > Indexed Colour

at 4-bit colour depth you can't expect your images to look super cool.
