Default Seagate HDD Warning and Querry !

Hey guys..recently I was playing a game and the utility HDD health showed me these warnings.. Please tell me What do they mean?
I hv purchased this 160 GB SATA Seagate 7200 RPM jus a month back.
Techies and Gurus plz reply with exact answers plz... !!!! I keep my cabinet OPEN all the time (while im working). Is this a serious issue to consider?

Im getting this warning (below screenshot) quite often(like 6-7 times in a day while im working or playing on my PC) since i have installed a s/ware known as HDD Health.

Also tell me about this detail (below).

Also I wanna ask tat Why is my 160 GB SATA HDD is shown only as a capacity of 134.217 GB ...

Cheers n e-peace....

You can send a mail to Seagate also.Specify your
problem in detail to them. Visit www.seagate.com

The software says that your drive capacity is 134 GB!!
Try installing Fedora 4 or Suse Linux 10 , it should
detect your harddisk capacity accurately.Have you installed
Service Pack 1 & 2 for XP? Sometimes OS
patches would solve your drive capacity inconsistencies.

If only this HDD Help is giving these messages but the system is working allright then just ignore it or rather uninstall it.
If possible scan your hdd for problems with Seagate disk Manager.
