How to edit "Quote of the day"

Please tell me how to edit the "quotes" of quote of the day service in simple TCP services in windows XP.

Here'a link for you, but this is to enable the motd protocol only. For enabling it in ftp, I have no clue.

Thanx for the reply....let me check...it should work (hopefully)...

and for the FTP banner i think it can be edited from
control panel--->Administrative Tools--->Internet Information Services.
