Convert .ram to other format

Hey there are some news articles which i need to download from www.bbc.com

the problem is tat

it says click here to listen to it and the file downloads n it is in .ram format

now everytime i need to listen to it i need to b connected to net

so any solution to convert it / download it forever on the HDD ??
