Default CD Image > than cd ! ! !


i have created an image file (790mb) of cd using copy cd from NERO ... will it write on a normal cd (700mb) ???

U created a image off a 800MB cd or a 700MB CD ? its better u get a 800MB CD to burn this image...

nope you can't burn it up on a normal cd, if you created menually by NERO. i have made a cd 735 MB with ultra buffer but that was a copy.

You can archive the files or compress them with Winrar or Uharc if you want. The other option is to split the files and burn it across two cds.

I Dont Think so 700 to 790mb blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

Use File Splitter to Split the large files.
This is useful 4 u

sometimes its nto the exact size
just pop in a 700 mb cd to burn
if its too small ull get the error msg and ull know urself

however not most cds are 800mb .. and sometimes images tend to be larger than cd capacity as well
also depends on the type of cd..
so like i said. . just try it

Hmm.... Isnt the CD file system(CDFS) different from HDD(FAT32/NTFS)?

When you save an image into a hard disk, the filesystem of the image depends upon the software used. For eg: a image from a clone cd will create an image filesystem of CloneCD IMG file. 8)

No, the cd FS is either CDFS or UDF and some other, not CCD or VD custom.. I dont think they even exist
