Default ++ Bad sound in one channel ++

Hi guys

I have a video file in avi format. The sound in left channel is good but the right channel has bad quality sound and it's volume is less as compared to left channel. I think that the video is recorded using tv tuner card. All the other videos have same sound in both the channel.

Is there any way to put the left channel sound in both the channel for this particular video. Which software will I need.

Thanks in advance...

Use Adobe Audition/ Sony SoundForge to extract the sound. If the sound in the right channel is too bad then delete this channel, copy the left channel and paste at the right empty channel. Save it in wav format.
Suppose your intended file format for video is MPEG2/MPEG1. Use Ulead Video Studio. Place the video in timeline. Mute its own sound and place the saved wav file in either voice track or Music Track. Now render it.
