Which one is batter DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW...???

i want to by some DVD so confuse..!! in this DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW..!!

so can u help me out which one is THE BEST and Y..!!??

i have a Samsung 12x DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW ..!!

it support all media except DVD-RAM..!!

so which one batter "+" or "-"...???

The DVD+R/RW format is supported by Philips, Dell, Sony, HP, and Micr0soft. These discs can be written to in multiple layers, giving them slightly better and more disc storage than the "minus" format.

I go for DVD+R which is slightly better then DVD-R..!!

Dude DVD+R isnt the official format of the dvd forum ! DVD-R is and it is the most widely supported format, though +r is also popular. +R media is a bit expensive right now and we dont have a governing body over the +r format like the dvd forum for -r. Hope to have cleared all the doubts.
