Bandwith cost paid twice?

When one visits a site, he is charged for the bandwith spent.

The site-owner also pays for the bandwith used.

So, are we paying twice for bandwith??

its not like we pay twice!!! the site owner needs to host it somewhere so that ppl can get a hit.. he gets a subscription for an year or so... and we subscribe for internet facility since we cant afford one!! u shud hav thought tooooo deeply to get damn confused like that!!!

its more like an advertisement... jus for explanation... u want your product to be known so u advertise.. and seeing teh ad.. ppl who get impressed come and get it... ppl who get ur product pay you and u pay the ad hosters!!

to conclude, the two factors u r speaking of are independent to be correlated and confused with!well.. if this aint going to help u!!! then i hav another answer for it
