small doubt reg. autopatcher

hi,
i see the update for xp from autopatcher site.. it says autopatcher december release... does it mean that it contains all the updates after windows xp sp2? everytime they release, the ful version contains all updates after sp2? coz i hav windows xp mce sp2, i need updates only after tat... and as of now i dont hav any autopatcher and so i wud prefer to get all updates after sp2! i got confused??? am i?

Yes it does contain all the updates since SP2.
