how can you set your computer for SLEEP as in television????

You Mean shutdown after some specific time...You can do that by simply programming your windows task manager!

Most utility suites (tuneup/mindsoft) come with such a scheduling utility. If u have one of them, you can use it.
Or you can use this free one.
