Default call of duty2

yesterday i have installed call of duty2 demo from 'digit DVD November'
after installation i click on desktop icon & also click on cod2sp_s.exe from installation folder,then it give message "cod2sp_s.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.we are sorry for the inconvenience"
the error window having tabs "send error" & "don`t
send".

how can i solve this?

And check error log...

Whats ur sys config ? is it upto the minimum reqirements ? also before re-install please clear ur TEMP folder
