im creating a forum and would like 2 know abt what problems u faced while using these forums,m so tht i'm able 2 rectify them. Also i'm thinking of providing video n audio conferencing on my forum,so i wanna know tht how 2 provide this facilty....

In vBulletin there is a feature for text chat.. not audio/video thats the max out of a forum

Audio/Video conferencing, don't u think it will suck up Ur bandwidth

-Replace the default search feature wih a better one.
-Use auto-merging for consequent duplicate posts.
-Provide many skins to choose from.
-Provide lofi/hi versions of the forum.
-Provide text chat facility. A/V chatting sounds like an overkill to me. But then again, I believe they are done p2p so b/w shouldn't be a problem.
-Ask your question in your forum also for feedback.
