Default COMPUTER RESTARTS

I am having RH 9 & windows XP with SP2. On booting the computer(GRUB boot loader),when the desktop is being loaded ,the computer restarts and when it again restarts first scandisk operation is performed and then when the desktop loads a message appears

The system has recovered from a serious error.

When I see the technical information it states:
The following files will be included in the error report:

C:\Documents\Locals~1\Temp\WER3bf8.dir00\Mini10170 4-01.dmp
C:\Documents\Locals~1\Temp\WER3bf8.dir00\sysdata.x ml

What seems to be the problem?????????

Is redhat booting properly ??

If not then som thing is wrong with your RAM else if the problem continues
try to boot in safe mode by pressing f8 during booting.

Insafe mode Scan for any virus and preform a scandisk.

To run scandisk in run write chkdsk /F X:
Replace X: with your system disk
Generally it is C:

This could slove your problem.
