Default Hard Disc Temperature

What is the normal temperature for a hard disc. I'm getting several answers googling.

Some says its 30-35, 35-40 etc.

Seagate says the normal temp is 5-50, and can go up to 60 for newer models.

Mine now shows as 44 and 41 for my seagate barracuda 120 GB and 40 GB respectively.(Its 40-45 at anytime) Is this normal ?
