Hey guys i wanted to purchase a Dvd writer. Which one do you thnk is the best and please mention any issues if you faced with your DvD writer.

My vote too goes for Benq DW1640.
Infact i will get my own today.

Most of my frnds have it and they are all happy with its performance.

I heard that liteon is best
samsung drives are having complaints
BenQ is also good.

hello everybody iam vasu frm bangalore .iam planning to buy dvd writer with good writing speed so pls suggest me good one and i have been offered nvidia 64bit card for 1000 bucks should i take it r not ..... Question Question Question

go for sony 810 DRU.... its the best u can get..... really... and supports all formats.....

My vote go for LiteON for best price/perfomence ratio. Best perfomence goes to Sony.

i use Lite-On dvd writer myself and i think it is the best , compatibile with most formats . The guys at digit think so too.
