MTNL Triband status: is it ok?

hi,
I have mtnl triband 590_nj plan following is my router's (d-link 502t) status.
Item-----------------Downstream-------- Upstream------- Unit
SNR Margin-----------------8-----------------16--------------dB
Line Attenuation-----------53-----------------31--------------dB
Data Rate------------------288---------------256-------------kbps

Is this ok ..
problem is that my connection is not stable it will get dissconnect every 1 hour,Is it becoz of line.or anything else?
